Audio Routing

The Audio Routing tab in the Station Configuration is used to assign Audio Routes to a station. These routes can be used with Splits, Network mode or Feed Through Routing to route audio. The fields in this tab allow the user to type in the name of the routes. As the user begins to type, Zetta will start filtering for the characters typed and highlight the results.

Available Routes

Available Routes is a filtered list of configured Routes that will be used for the selected station. Routes are configured in the Routes tab for a Configured GPIO Device for a Computer. These will be the available routes the selected station can use when the station is in Network mode. These Routes can be viewed and interacted with in the On-Air module. This is a multi selection field allowing the user to select multiple routes. Optionally, the user can right-click a route and chose to remove the route from the field.

Split Master / Network Route

The Split Master / Network Route is used with Splits or Network mode. The setting is used on the Splits Player station to specify which source is the Splits Master audio source. When it is used with a Splits mode and the Manage Audio Routing During Splits Playback is selected on the Splits Player station Zetta will mute the route during Spot Block playback or Tag playback (when the Mute Split Master Route behavior is selected in the Tag Metadata Card). When the station is Network mode this setting is used to specify which Network source to automatically switch back to after a local break or a piece of Imaging has been played.

Local Route

The Local Route is default route used to play local spot block, liners, legal IDs or any other audio coming from local station. This route is used when the Network provider signals for local content to play.
