This window, off the Kick Override tab, is used to adjust the sequence of songs in categories that are Kicked or Slotted and to arrange and re-sequence songs in a Slotted Category Group. The Song order can be changed easily by right-clicking any row or attribute in the Order Pane.
Song Orders set in this window are fixed. They are only enabled when a Category Group has been slotted in the Category Group Options window. The order is strictly observed in scheduling, and only changes when Songs are moved in or out of a slotted Category. If you add a Song, it will be placed at the end of the Order; if you remove a Song from the Category, it is removed from the Order and the gap closes up.
The first Song to be scheduled in a scheduling run is the Song that follows the last Song played in the category on the last previously scheduled hour. For example, if Song 4 in the order is the last Song played in the Category Group on the last scheduled day, the first call for a song in the Category group in the following day will start with Song 5.

Common to this window and the main Kick Override window, the Category Group drop-down allows the user to see the Kicked or Slotted Category Group they are working in with either tab, showing the total number of positions for the selected Category Group to the right. Where Songs are grouped in a Packet, they are considered to have one position for kick purposes.
The Grid field shows the selected Clock Assignment Grid.
The Browse Formats button can be used to save the default format as a new format, save changes to an existing format, save an existing format to a new browse format, set a selected format as the assigned format for the window or temporarily assigned just for the session. Formats can also be permanently assigned to the Browse window in the Browse Formats Assignment window. Browse Formats can also be designed in the Browse Formats Design window.
For more information on custom designing formats, see the Browse Formats Design and Browse Formats Assignment topics.
The Print button opens the Print Preview window.
This pane displays the current order of non-packeted Songs and packets in the selected Category Group. Songs are indicated by their Category Short Name (see the Create Category notes for details) in the Category/Packet/Song Group column. Packets are indicated by their Packet Short Name (see the Create Packet notes for details) in the Category/Packet/Song Group column. A Packet is also shown by the first Song in the packet followed by other Songs in the same packet. Use the plus in the Category/Packet/Song Group column to expand the pane showing all Songs in the packet from the selected Category group. Note that while Packets can contain Songs from different Categories, only Songs in Categories in the selected Category Group will be displayed here.
In the example above the next song to be played is "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" by Creedence Clearwater Revival as indicated by a light grey highlight.
To specify the next song to be scheduled in a Slotted category. Simply open the Order tab and double-click the song to be scheduled the next time the Slotted category is scheduled. That song will take on a gray shade to indicate it is next to play. To push a song to the bottom of the list, simply right-click any row and select Kick Current Row. You can also Spread or Sort by Artist, Category, Album or any other attribute using a Designed Browse Format.
The Re-Order buttons let you redefine an Order. Select an item in the Order and click the up or down buttons to move that item up or down in the order. Optionally, use the Alt+Up and Alt+Down on the keyboard to re-order the selected song/link.
To reverse the Order of the songs simply click the Order column header, then click OK.
The Kick Override Order right click menu can be used in two ways, to make changes to the entire list or to a range of selected elements in the list. The range of selected elements can be a consecutive group (using the SHIFT key) or non-consecutive (using the CTRL key). The right click menu varies based on the column clicked. Right-clicking one of the default columns allows the user to Invert, Kick, and Shuffle.
Right-clicking an added attribute column allows the user to Spread, Invert, Kick, Sort and Shuffle. A column can be added by right-clicking the column header and selecting modify columns or by selecting a Browse Format with an attribute.
The Spread option is only visible when a column is added for an attribute. A column can be added by right-clicking the column header and selecting Modify Columns or by selecting a Browse Format with an attribute. The Spread option then can be used to spread All or only the Currently selected elements by the selected attribute.
The Invert option, of the right-click menu, can be used to invert the list. When only one element is selected in the list, selecting Invert will invert the entire list. If multiple elements are selected from the list, Invert will only invert those elements selected.
The Kick Current Row option, of the right-click menu, can be used to kick the currently selected element. When only one element is selected in the list, selecting Kick Current Row will kick the element to the bottom of the order list. If multiple elements are selected from the list, Kick Current Row will kick all the selected items to the bottom of the list.
The Sort option is only visible when a column is added for an attribute. A column can be added by right-clicking the column header and selecting Modify Columns or by selecting a Browse Format with an attribute. The Sort option, of the right-click menu, can be used to sort the list in Ascending or Descending order. When only one element is selected in the list, selecting Sort will sort the entire list by the selected sort order for the attribute selected. If multiple elements are selected from the list, Sort will sort only those elements selected by the selected sort order for the attribute selected.
The Shuffle option, of the right-click menu, will shuffle the entire list if only one element is selected. If multiple elements are selected from the list, shuffle will only shuffle the selected elements. When the list is shuffled the elements are placed in a random order.
