Adjustments by Packet windows

Adjustments by Packet windows are available in the Song/Link window, Goals and Link Goals sections. They display current Packets and the number of items in that Packet. When accessing windows in the Adjustment tab, the default tab is the Daypart window, which displays applied Bans and Shifts in the default Dayparts tab.

This window shows Packet Adjustment information. In the Song/Link window, the Adjustments tab shows the Packet, if any, for the selected Song/Link. In the Goals section, the Adjustments tab shows all Packets with 2 or more songs/links.

Accessing

From the Song/Link window for any Song/Link, click the Adjustments tab, and then the Packets tab. If the Song/Link is in a Packet, the Adjustment Packets tab will display the Packet for the Song/Link. If there is no Packet for this Song/Link, the window is blank. Double-clicking the packet in this window will take the user to a Browse list of all the songs/links included in the packet.

From the Goals/Link Goals section click the Balance tab, then the Adjustments tab, and finally the Packets tab to access a window similar to this illustration. This window will display all Packets with 2 or more songs/links for the station. Double-clicking the packet in this window will take the user to a Browse list of all the song included in the packet.

The default tab in this window for both Songs and Goals views is the Dayparts tab. This view is taken from the Goals Balance section. In this window, all Packets are listed, together with the song count for each Packet. This is a useful place to review all Packets in the Station. The list can be sorted by Packet name or by Song Count.

Note: Packets with only one song/link are not shown in the Goals/Link Goals | Balance | Adjustments tab.

Viewing the contents of any Packet

From the Adjustments Packet window, select a Packet. Then double-click to access the Song window for the first Song in the Packet, just as if you had browsed the Packet from the Browse window. You can also edit Packets for one or more songs, or modify the Packet contents using the Multi-Song Changer.
