The Link window Multi-Station tab shares the same toolbar with all other Link window tabs. For details, see the Link Window topic toolbar notes.
As you click through the browse, the Media ID, Category and Title is displayed next to the toolbar.
All Stations in the GSelector database, with the exception of a Child Station, are listed here. Select a station to edit active status and change Category for the current Link .
For any station, check or uncheck this box to activate or deactivate the selected Link. When a Link is activated, the Default Category (or where there is no default category, the Category at the top of the Categories list in the Goals Categories window) is assigned in the Category field.
When a Link is activated for the selected Station, click the drop down arrow to view available Categories for that station. Where a Link is active, the current category is displayed. The current Category for the Link in the selected station is indicated with an asterisk.
For any selected station, click the drop down arrow to see a list of Stations from which to copy Attributes over to the Link in the target station. The field will list all potential target stations as well as a <none> option.
NOTE: Values are only copied if there a matching Attribute in the target station. Dayparts, Hour Restrictions and Packets are matched on their names, and Categories on their short names. If a name does not exist in the selected target station or stations, the value will not be copied, and existing target station data will be preserved. Daypart Shifts and Bans will be copied to matching Daypart names in the target station.
To copy the settings of a previous station simple select the station using the left most column and press F8 on the keyboard. This will copy the settings from the previous station in the list. The category will be copied if the station has the same category short name as the previous station. If not, the category will be set to the station’s default category.

Working with a browsed list of Links
The navigation buttons at the left of the Link window toolbar allow you to move through a browsed list of Links. You can move forward or backwards by one Link, or jump to the beginning or end of the browse. The Link counter pane in the toolbar updates as you move through the list. Each Link can be modified for as many stations as you require; however, you will also need to save your changes before jumping to the next Link.
TIP: You can open a browse list of Links from several areas in GSelector. Once you have viewed the list, you can click the Back Navigation button to get back to the original window.
GSelector provides a Hold Categories window to handle Links that are deleted in a NexGen station. The item is placed in the designated Hold Category for its counterpart GSelector station, retaining all play history and station-specific information for the Links, which would otherwise be lost. Links can be assigned to that category in this window. You can also assign Links to the designated Hold Category in GSelector.
