Grouping

Many of the windows with listings of events, messages or assets allow the user to group the results by the column headers. This makes locating an event, message or asset easier. The grouping area is hidden from view, but can be accessed by clicking on the thick bar just below the toolbar of the window or the Show Group Area button in the Toolbar. To return to normal view (ungrouped), move the individual column headers outside of the grouping section until an X is shown. Alternatively the Refresh button will return the window to its normal state.

Grouping Media Types

1. Click the Thick line...
   
2. ...or Show Group Area button in the window.
   
3. When the line or button is clicked, a Group by area is opened above the asset list.
   
4. To setup the desired grouping just click and drag the column header to the group by area.
   

Ungrouping in Zetta

1. Open the Group area if not open.
2. Click and drag the header, from the Group by area section, until an X is shown as seen below:
   
3. Then drop the column header. Some windows have a Refresh button that can be used to reset the window to its default view.
