About

The About menu option opens the About Zetta^® window and provides the user with vital information about the version of Zetta Installed on the computer. This window will also indicate if the system is integrated with other RCS products.

The information from the about screen can be easily copied to the computers clipboard and pasted in an E-mail to RCS Support. This information will assist the support department in answering questions and assisting with any issues the site may be having.

About Step-by-Step Topics

1. Using the Help Menu, click About.
2. Highlight the text in the scroll window of the About window.
3. Right-click the highlighted text.
4. Select Copy from the resulting menu.
   
5. Open an E-mail or Notepad
6. Right-click and paste. This will paste the contents of the clipboard to the E-mail or text file.
7. Send the E-mail or text file to RCS Support if requested.
